Unbelievable as it may sound, California has 12 cities in the Top 20 where automobiles are stolen most, including the Top 3 (Fresno, Modesto, and Bakersfield). Other Cali cities included on the list are the San Francisco area that includes Oakland and Fremont, Stockton, and Riverside are among others.
