Theodore B. Olson and David Boies began the case to legalize gay marriage four years ago, and their day in court has finally come. On Tuesday, March 26, Olson and Boies will ask the Supreme Court to allow gays and lesbians to have an equal right to marry under the constitution. This could not only affect California, but it might possibly make gay marriage legal nationwide. Whatever the court decides, tomorrow will be a historic day for the fight to legalize gay marriage.
