University of California Accepts More Out-of-State Students Than In-State

The University of California system accepted more out-of-state students than in-state, according to a report by the Los Angeles Times. Data released today shows a 2.2% drop in acceptance of Californians. Additionally, out-of-state and international students accepted to UC schools continued to rise.
