Ever wonder what a bobcat eats?

Apparently shark is on its diet.

The reclusive wildcats live throughout Florida but are rarely seen.

But a South Florida photographer saw one on the prowl on a Jupiter beach and snapped a photo as it pulled a small shark from the surf.

The photographer told WPTV in West Palm Beach that the cat was staring in the water at the shark and then lunged in to snatch it.

The photographer snapped the shot and may have spooked the bobcat because it dropped its catch and ran off, according to the television station.

The cat was likely a female catching food for its young, a wildlife official told the television station.
