Another gem of the performance was guitarist Timmy Klepek, who exuded boyish charm while thrashing at his guitar, obviously relishing every moment of the performance. The Audition delivered a soulful and spirited performance, giving the audience a good peek at what is to come without overwhelming them with new material.

Making their grand entrance to Flo Rida’s “Low,” the Audition set the tone for their high-energy set with lead singer Danny Stevens’ dynamic enthusiasm commanding the crowd’s unwavering attention from the get go. The graceful transitions from songs off of their previous release, Controversy Loves Company, to those from their latest, Champion, resulted in a smooth set that introduced a more soul-infused sound while also treating the crowd to old favorites.
