Collector's Favorites
The Photographic Arts Council (PAC) for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) in association with Duncan Miller Gallery are pleased to announce this unique exhibition consisting of photographic works loaned from the collections of PAC members. The wide variety of works, numbering over 50, encompass photographic art from 1880s until nearly present day and includes household names (Brandt, Cunningham, Strand) as well as emerging and more obscure photographers. The exhibition reflects the many passions and interests that PAC members (a leading group of California collectors) enjoy in their collections. Accompanying each print on display is a brief statement from each collector that explains his or her reasons for including each specific photograph in the exhibition.
Recurring every Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
Through Saturday, August 28, 2010.
Time 11:00 AM-6:00 PM
