I’m a big fan of Omarion Grandberry. But Feel the Noise, produced by Jennifer Lopez’s Nuyorican Productions, is no You Got Served – it’s just not a dance movie. It’s more that a Harlem rapper gets shipped to Puerto Rico and incorporates the native Reggaeton into his repertoire-type story.

Melonie Diaz is cute as a button as Mimi, Omarion’s girl, and Giancarlo Esposito, as his father, brings a serious edge to the light and fluffy flick. But even these appearances don’t make up for the serious absence of movement.
