Much like its Adult Swim compatriots, “Frisky Dingo” is a spectacle – have satirical and half absurdist – that, if it grabs you, holds you like a train wreck being consumed by dinosaurs. The show, a strange tale of a single parent supervillain named Killface and the superhero who hopes to become his archrival, retains the quirky charm of “Sealab 2021” while adding a soap opera continuity that is unique to the Adult Swim line-up.

The DVD does have one glaring problem. Fans of the show are not rewarded with anything beyond the episodes.

Grade: A+
