Soul Kitchen
The recipe is right – if not a bit cheesy – for Soul Kitchen, a funny and sincere little movie from writer-director Fatih Akin, whose last feature-length film was the much more serious – and aptly darker – The Edge of Heaven (2007).

Dana Brown and son make grandpa proud.
Bruce Brown pioneered the surf film genre with the 1966 classic The Endless Summer, and the family trade has not been lost on his son Dana, whose 2003 documentary Step Into Liquid is regarded as a landmark of modern surf cinema.

Hi Everyone Just got back from seeing the screening of Going The Distance. The movie was good/entertaining, but not terrific. It was very predictable. Based on what I heard about it (all not good), I wasn't surprised. My female friend that accompanied me, agreed with my comments. Therefore, I would be hard pressed to recommend it to my friends, co-workers and family. Thanks Sean and Campus Circle!!
