On Thursday and Friday evenings, Cinespace – a swanky little venue in the heart of Hollywood – hosts its "Dinner and a Movie" series. Basically, this means you can make a reservation to munch on contemporary California cuisine and sip trendy cocktails while watching a movie – free of charge – projected onto a giant screen in the venue’s combination restaurant/screening room.

Coming up, running November 3 and 4, Cinespace will screen raunchy animated comedy Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story. The film, from "Family Guy" creator Seth McFarlane, follows maniacal baby genius Stewie (voiced by McFarlane) on his quest for world domination. His journey is stopped short, though, when he sees a man on television who looks just like him. Upon deciding that this man must be his real dad, Stewie sets off on a new quest to find the man he believes to be his true father. Just like "Family Guy," Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story is chock-full of raunchy humor, gross one-liners and semi-absurd situations. It is, however, lots of fun. Screenings both nights begin at 8 p.m.

Menu items at Cinespace range from appetizers like Spinach Artichoke Dip and Chinese Chicken Salads to entrees including Pecan-encrusted Tilapia, Roasted Rosemary Chicken and Grilled Pizza with Shrimp and Gouda.

Cinespace is located at 6356 Hollywood Blvd. (on the second level) in Hollywood. For a full menu, event calendar, directions and reservation information, call (323) 817-FILM (3456) or visit the Cinespace Web site at www.cine-space.com.
