The Lambda Theta Delta fraternity at UC Irvine is being investigated for what some are calling a "racist" video. In the video, a member of the frat wears a blackface in a lip-syncing video to Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z's song "Suit and Tie." 

Officials began the investigation after many students on the campus were outraged.

"What we have to investigate is whether it's just individuals or just an organization or whether it's both that are responsible," said Thomas Parham, UC Irvine's vice chancellor for student affairs.
