There is a way to spend less time studying and still get good grades.

First, study 20 minutes per day for a week before the exam; this will help your brain absorb more information. It's far better than cramming three hours the day before the test. Also, work on important assignments that are worth the most points and less time on those assignments that are only worth a few points. This will help you  prioritize. Finally, find a place to study where there are less distractions, and turn off you music.

Addicted to social media? Turn it off for 50 minutes then take 10-minute breaks to use your social media then repeat.
