Whether you attend CSUN, UCLA or USC, college student discounts are everywhere. You just need to know how to look for them.

Near CSUN Students:
Sky Zone
7741 Hayvenhurst Ave
Van Nuys, CA 91406

Sky Zone offers a college night on Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., costing only $3 for 30 minutes of jumping. Students must show ID.

Sky Zone is an indoor facility full of trampolines, foam pits, basketball hoops and a dodge ball arena. You must sign a waiver before being able to jump. With the waiver, customers can either rent Sky Zone shoes or buy Sky Zone socks for a $2-extra charge. I bought the Sky Zone socks because they looked more comfortable.

Near USC Students:

The California Science Center offers college students a discount on IMAX Movie prices with school ID. Instead of paying $8.25, the price is $6.

Some of the exhibits at the science center include: Special Exhibits, Ecosystems Creative World, World of Life and more. I recently went to go see the Space Shuttle Endeavor. The admission to see this exhibit is free as well as most other exhibits at the science center.

Near UCLA Students:
Hammer Museum

The Hammer Museum is open to the public with an entrance fee, but the museum is free for college students with a student ID. The museum has a wide collection of murals, paints, sketches, and sculptures, just to name a few. It also offers tours, lectures and performances that vary month to month.
