It looks as if New Jersey teen Rachel Canning is done throwing her temper tantrum.

The 18-year-old high school student has decided to drop her lawsuit against her parents, reports NJ.com. Canning was suing her parents for financial support after moving out of their house. On Tuesday, her lawsuit was dismissed.

Family Division Judge Peter Bogaard in Morristown said he "found that (Rachel’s) decision to dismiss the litigation was a knowing and voluntary decision."

Reportedly, Canning moved out of her parents' house back in October because she did not agree with their rules. Still, she wanted her parents to financially support her by paying her high school and college tuition, legal bills and providing her with child support of $654 per week...even though she is an adult.

Canning moved back into her parents' house about a week ago.
