On Wednesday, April 20th, Paramount+ hosted a red carpet and premiere screening of their new original limited event series “The Offer'' at the historic Paramount Pictures Studio. Leaning into the 1970’s setting of the series, the stars were chauffeured to the red carpet in vintage cars from the period. The circular red carpet also featured vignettes from the series including Robert Evans’ Office, Chateau Marmont, Little Italy and the casting office.  Following the screening,  guests were treated to a party on the lot that continued the old Hollywood theme of the series. The party featured vintage cars on display, Director’s chairs, polaroid stills, “The Offer '' themed matchbooks, Francis Ford Coppola wine, themed cocktails and hor d'oeuvres.

“The Offer” is based on Oscar®-winning producer Albert S. Ruddy’s extraordinary, never-revealed experiences of making “The Godfather.” The 10-episode event series is created and written by Oscar® and Emmy-nominated writer Michael Tolkin ("Escape at Dannemora," "The Player") and also written and executive produced by Nikki Toscano ("Hunters"), who also serves as showrunner. In addition to Tolkin and Toscano, two-time Oscar®-winner Albert S. Ruddy ("Million Dollar Baby," "The Longest Yard," "Hogan's Heroes"), Miles Teller, Russell Rothberg and Leslie Greif serve as executive producers on the series alongside Dexter Fletcher ("Rocketman"), who also directed the first block of the series.
