Fly Me to the Moon combines animation with computer-generated images of documentary footage based on the historic Apollo 11 moon mission. It’s the first-ever animated feature film created entirely in “fly-vision” 3-D.

The funny, heartwarming story centers around three determined young flies that join the mission as stowaways. At the film’s close, real-life astronaut Buzz Aldrin salutes the men and women pioneers in pursuit of space exploration.
