Six dead soldiers rise from their grave and decide it’s time to stand up against the brutality of war. All wars send young men to their graves long before their time. These soldiers decide they want the time back.

Chaos ensues. The army decides it can’t have dead soldiers protesting the war that killed them.

The generals fight back by getting the mothers, sisters and girlfriends out to the battlefield to talk the men back into the ground. The premise gets buried by long expository speeches as the women approach their beloved son, husband or boyfriend one by one.

The acting is not up to the usual high standards of the Actors’ Gang, and the production suffers. Donna Jo Thorndale was the sparkling exception to the rule.
