    How to be cool in Los Angeles? Well, it's not that easy unless you have had lots of experience. The right outfit is essential: great clothes with the newest accessories. Getting invited to an "A" list event also help; especially if you have a hot date. Then having a really sharp car --- wait a minute --- do you mean be cool or stay cool in LA? Oops, sorry. Well if you don't have AC, you can try what my granddad would do. First you buy a 25 pound block of ice (do they still sell ice in blocks?). Then you get an electric fan. You place the block of ice on your chest with the fan at your feet, facing you. Not very high tech but he claimed it worked great. Of course he did come down with a bad case of pneumonia once and nearly died, but that's another story.....good luck all!!!!!
