While this review sounds good, the truth is I was never going to win a Pulitzer prize. However, Permanent Passenger: My Life on a Cruise Ship has sold thousands of copies in the first year, is read widely on cruise ships and each week I receive letters and emails from folks laughing and enjoying the behind the scenes stories of living on a cruise ship. I suggest getting a second opinion from Natasha by looking at www.michathemouth.com or the Amazon reviews, you will see that 99.9% of all folks reading Permanent Passenger loved it and see this memoir as far more than a day planner, Cheers and enjoy the book Micha Berman www.permanentpassenger.com www.michathemouth.com

Obsessed was a huuuuuge let down. I was told that I had too many expectations going in but I had come to expect a certain standard of black films from Screen Gems but either someone new is calling the shots over there or they've been hit pretty hard by this recession too. The acting was barely okay, I've seen them all act in other roles where they were far far better and I put that down to the script because there's only so much that can be expected of an actor when the script is poor. Thanks for the freebie Campus Circle because if I had paid to go see that I would be piiiiissed.

Yes, that was me at the Depeche Mode/Jimmy Kimmel show at Hollywood and Vine last night. It was amazing. I was literally 30 feet from the stage. Just an incredible experience and great way to start the summer. Glad everyone enjoyed Obsessed last night. I know some people didn't get in but with star (Beyonce) driven films, you have to get to the screenings at least 2 hours before. For Indie films, generally 1 hour before hand will do the trick. As for doing more screenings in OC, I'm working on it. Keep the comments coming and by all means, read the articles we are putting up on our website and let us know your thoughts. Finally, put more pictures of yourselves up on your profiles so I can see who I'm communicating with. More to come. Have a great weekend. Sean

I had fun at the Obsessed screening. I took the movie for what it was - not a serious Oscar contender but just 90 minutes of silly fun. I think all the actors did a good job even if the story was a bit lacking. All in all it was still fun.

Hi Sean, Enjoyed the film last night. Obsessed was very entertaining! I arrived at 5pm, because I expected a mass crowd. The people were entertaining too...fun audience, at times too interactive, but great experience nonetheless. Were you there? Just wondering...I stood out, because I wore a yellow trench..lol..it was a bit chilly yesterday...anyway thank you for providing these opportunities to the general public. Miss Holly:)

purplebebe, I typically wait 2 hours so I get into a screeening and I am still probably 30-40 people back from the beginning of the line. You need to arrive much sooner than 40 minutes if you want to get in. It is not Campus Circle fault if you aren't admitted into a FREE movie. Admittance is not promised when you get passes.
