Thank you, TFABOLOUS, for that comment. We all needed that. And maybe someone we know can stop posting exasperating comments from now on. Sean, thanks for all the good movies, we really do appreciate what you guys do. And I agree with everyone, line cutting needs to be dealt with. It's just not fair. All the ideas that were mentioned are good. Hope you'll consider the suggestions. Thanks again and more power!

Hey Sean, as always, great job with the exceptional movie screenings that you offer to us. I agree fully with the discussions that have recently been addressed, involving line cutters and seat savers. If possible, in your prudential wisdom, you may consider the solutions presented by other avid CAMPUSCIRCLE members: numbered cards distributed to those waiting in line, and possibly having individuals (STAFF) not allow individuals like the insufferable outspoken SANDRA W saving numerous seats, while others in line are turned away. As always, thank you for your consideration in this matter.

I'm just glad many of the people who were originally near us at 3 pm were able to get in.. Thanks for the 400+ seats of the theatre. It's amazing how childish 20 adults can get over a free moving. And this is coming from a 22 year old. If you ever arrive early, my advice is to befriend the 10-20 people you are standing around. When it's past the time for the random 50 people to have cut in front of you, stay to your position and those who were with you will vouche that you were there early. Not guaranteed, but we were lucky to have someone do this for us multiple times today. Good luck next time...

I'm not gonna lie, I got there at 2:30 pm. Not because I don't have a life but because I had a typical class day of 7 am to 3 pm cancelled and I had an ipod and fiance to keep me company. In regarded to people saying they were "10th in line" and ended up being number 40 by the time you get it.. Unfortunately, that's true for many. There were only 5 or so people in front of us and by the time 630 came around we were "number 34 or so."

And of course ... there probably needs to be a policy that one person can save "only one other seat" in the theater ... I'm sure the studios would be happier, as happy people would encourage their friends to see the movie more becuase they had a more pleasant experience at the theater.

Bar codes DON'T work because the line cutters just go to the back of the line to get their bar-coded pass, and then they just walk back to the front of the line where their one early friend is holding all twenty of their spots so they can get into line later. Sequentually numbered tickets passed out earlier is the way best to solve the problem. It really upsets the line-crashers to think that we could actually help Sean solve the problem.

Sooo you all know sean did a great job of keeping order. But terminator was a high demand movie.I got there @ 3:30pm and there were only about 20 people in front of us. 40@ the time we went in. Also it was Edge,LA WEEKLY,kroq and Campus circle that were given an oppurtunity tohand out passes. Also one lady who sat 6 seats next to me held ten seats in the theater and none of her people showed up but she had her stuff on those seats through the whole movie. But the movie was great. Go see it when it comes out and don't miss the cameo!

"If you dont have a bar code, you are not getting in" says the man after i've been waiting 1 1/2 hours. I told him it doesnt make sense. Here you say first come first serve(i've been to a few screenings, i know exactly what this means) yet your going to accept gofobo tickets and not campus circles? It was BS. I missed Sean(?) when he was trading the campus circle passes but still, i was there before everyone else, my ticket shouldnt be voided just because i dont have a bar code.

In regards to line cutting this is NOT specific to Campus Circle screenings. I've seen it happen at any of the other screenings by Gofobo or FilmMetro. From what I can tell there's usually 1 or 2 people managing the whole line and the rest of the people are security who only care about recording devices and camera phones getting into the theater. My BEST ADVICE to anyone is to make some friends with the "regulars" who are at the front of the line at 4pm or earlier and then maybe you might have a chance. Since I'm out of work I have the leisure of showing up earlier than that but I'm not crazy! It's really hard to enforce line cutters and all you can do is curse under your breath when it happens. Since the secret is OUT on these FREE screenings maybe it's time to use some wristbands. Great idea! P.S. So what is the big secret on getting Gofobo codes when they first come out. Do I need to subscribe to a blog or what? Hook me up man!

Hey Sean ... if you would like to have some volunteers to help ... my friends and I would be glad to show up to the screenings early and help you hand out sequentially numbered tickets to people as they line up ... so that the first come really are the first served, ya?. Heck, we'll even print them for you. Let me know. Michael

I don't understand why I didn't receive the e-mail response for the "Terminator Salvation" screening in W. Hollywood & Orange since I logged on them last 5/13/09. I ended up with the former viewing through LA Weekly instead, but I underestimated the lineup at the Arclight Hollywood because I arrived at several minutes past 5 p.m. (getting knocked out since the theater was completely filled up at the end). Ugh!!!

Didn't follow my own advice an arrived at 4:15. Three hours and fifteen minutes was not enough to be able to get in. LA weekly and GOFOBO also had passes to this screening. The responsibility of cutting the line down fell on Sean. GOFOBO released more passes to tomorrow OC screening, I hope we get in. SEAN if you read this why didn't you stay for the screening?

I waited in line for 3 and a half hours today and I didnt get in for terminator. Everyone and their mothers cut the line in front of us, and this was the most unorganized event I have ever been too. Its just not right to send screening and then invite 1000 people. This was the earliest that I have ever gone to a screening and the longest I have ever waited and I still didnt get in. I would understand that I should not get in if I got there late or if there were already way too many people ahead of me, but people just kept cutting the line and there was no order. Please do a better job of doing the right thing as it says, first come first serve. Give wristbands to people who have waited in line and dont go back giving tickets to people who were at the beginning of the line.

Terminator...really good special effects! and really strong fight scenes! and the opening chase scenes were super hot! (And Sean was doing a great job handling a HUGE crowd!) We want to suggest that Campus Circle hand out line numbers to people in line, in order to prevent line crashers and stop people from holding too many spots for too many friends. We got in line 3 and 1/2 hours (4pm) before the screening and there were only 50 people in front of us. But by the time we started moving into the theater, there were 200 people who had crowded in front of us. We barely found two seats together by the time we got inside. (Sean, if you hand out place holder numbers to those who legitimately arrive and get in line early, you can keep the line crashers in line, and avoid that massive place holding for huge groups of friends.) Thanks!!!
