Regarding complaints that people miss screenings: to be honest, I'm very happy that they already make such a huge effort to organize and offer these screenings. I can only imagine its a terrible workload to manage updating subscribers in addition to all the work of preparing for so many screenings. I've missed on some shows I'd have loved to have seen, but I think its a fair system. Every time I miss, there's a theater full of members that all wanted to get the tickets as much as I did :) There are tons of members here, each equally able to sign up when screenings become available. Any method of notification is likely to upset some contingent, whether because they don't have or know how to subscribe to rss feeds, or don't want to pay extra fees for mobile text messages, etc.

Shelly, I'll try your suggestion for my next film screening and see how that goes for our members including yourself. Ken, your suggestion about un-rsvping is a great idea. I'll look into adding that feature in the near future. Thanks to the both of you for your feedback.

Hi, OK I am new to this. Aside from the special red carpet world premiere tickets, are the other screening different from the ones you get invited to outside the movie theaters? I ask because I have been a few days now trying to get tickets for Adventureland or Observe & Report. I think I have signed up for maybe an Adventureland raffle rather than tickets. I also was given a code for Observe & Report only to have forgotten my password when prompted to do so. Literally within the 5 minutes it took me to reset the password did the tickets become sold-out. lol. Basically I suck as this. I live by the Burbank theaters and there are usually people outside of them handing out free movie passes. So am I wasting my time here? Is what I am frantically trying to get (and failing at) the same exact screenings I could walk down the street and get from ouside the movies? I'm not being a smart a$$. I am sincerely asking.

Hello, A couple of answers to your questions (1) Currently, I don't have a function to remove user comments. I'll look into this with our web guy. (2) Regarding emails ending up in your spam account and getting passes after the screening. Basically, you need to set our email account as non spam. I use Entourage and there is a function in the program that allows me to flag certain emails as not spam. Also, if you are getting a pass after a screening date, that may be a reminder email reminding you about the screening. We send reminders for our screening the day of the event but you shouldn't be getting them after the fact. There might be a delay with your server on receiving emails. (3) The screening widget can be found at http://www.widgetbox.com/widget/campus-circle-free-movie-screenings

Yall Starting to Be Unappreciated Its Only So Much Sean Can Do. Be Thankful for Him even having screenings for us the people to attend if you got to pay for parking so what. Dont Go if You Cant afford it simple Or Catch The Train, Bus or Car Pool and split the cost of parking. As For The Screening of "Duplicity" It was Free Parking. As For My Opinion I Love Campus Circle And Good Job Sean B. This Is Coming From A Friend ~Joel~.

Sean, Since you changed the set up to request a pass for a movie screening, I have not been rsvp on any movies. Why is it difficult to see a movie now? I usually received a pass the same day. Thanks, lisa
