I just saw a free screening of Insidious. It was entertaining and scary. I'd recommend it to people who enjoy horror films. Be aware though that there are a few "why did he (or didn't he) do that" moments. The music cues and visual scares might be over the top for some people, but I enjoyed them for the most part.

my comment for INSIDIOUS : It was an ok movie, there were some unnecessary scenes and the intro was long also the sound at the start was annoying, but when the movie actually got started it made me jumpy and really anxious for what was to come. Over all I will recommend it to my friends and hopefully they get a good scare as I did.

Hey there, was sick :-( & missed the pre-showing of sucker punch, but I saw it after it came out the other day and thought it was very well acted with a story line that was very empowering. :) Was sad I was sick for the pre-showing of it but thanks again campus circle for the ticket opportunity!! :-)

At 9:45pm after waiting from 8pm for the 10pm screening of Sucker Punch we were told here was no room. We drove from L.A for it as well, so very disappointing :(

Thanks for SuckerPunch, CC! This movie is going to be HUGE in Japan, once they dig themselves out from the earthquake wreckage. Like Trekker62 said (& how I described it to a friend at midnite on the drive home) it was visually stunning, but short on story. Excellent performances from all players, but devoid of substance. As I correctly surmised from the trailers, S-P's target market is the 13 y.o. boy in all of us...

Sucker Punch was visually stunning, beautiful to look at. I thought the story could have had more substance behind it, but it had some interesting moments. As always, thanks for the screenings!

THANK YOU CS for the SUPER Premiere tickets. My wife and I were able to get in, see the stars, and enjoy the movie. We arrived around 5:15 and were around 60th in line in front of the 4 t-shirts for $10 store. They seemed to be taking CS passes and giving out playing cards. I don't know how many after us made it in, but they sent us to the balcony section. There were still several seats available, as well as the main floor, but I think only invited guests got in there. I don't think they used the Spielberg screening room (kind of like the children's table at a family gathering; a separate room away from the stars) that seats around 70. We were in there for the Cadillac Records Premiere. The scene in Super about line cutting is a can't miss.
